Behaviour Mentor (part & full time)Boston£89 per day (salary is depending on experience and/or qualifications)June 2025 – ongoingThis successful, ‘outstanding’ special school catering to pupils aged 2 – 19 with a wide range of special educational needs are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Behaviour Mentor starting on an ad hoc basis possibly leading to a longer term role for the right candidate.The Behaviour Mentor will be responsible for supporting the teacher with the smooth running of the classroom and pupils within the classroom or on a 1:1 basis with their work or managing behaviour.RequirementsThe desired Behaviour Mentor will;Hold a minimum L2 Teaching Assistant qualification Have knowledge and experience supporting children with special educational needs Have excellent communication skills Have a caring and empathetic mannerWhat We OfferAs a Behaviour Mentor, part of our team, you benefit from:Excellent daily rates paid using the PAYE system.
