Job SummaryOakdale Park Primary Care Network (PCN) is a friendly, progressive and collaborative partnership between two practices, The Park Medical Practice and Overdale Medical Practice, serving areas including Borrowash, Breaston, Chaddesden, Oakwood and the University of Derby.The PCN operates a multidisciplinary approach to healthcare, integrating a range of specialists to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care and addressing Health Inequalities in our community. Supported by GPs, Nurses and a range of other healthcare professionals, we work collaboratively and proactively reach out to develop new services for our patients in partnership with other Healthcare providers.We offer a supportive environment where you will work alongside experienced professionals dedicated to mentorship and collaborative care.
