This is an exciting opportunity to play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of machinery and production equipment through proactive maintenance and service planning.About the Role:The Planned Service Engineer will be responsible for the routine servicing, inspection, and maintenance of a range of machinery used in within the sheet metal industry.Key Responsibilities:Carry out routine planned maintenance of machine tools and associated equipmentMaintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.Liaise with external contractors and suppliers when necessary.Requirements:Proven experience in a similar service or maintenance engineering roleStrong mechanical and/or electrical engineering skills.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and engineering drawings.Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.Relevant engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3, HNC, or equivalent).
