Operating in a busy environment and reporting into the Quality Manager, you will have strong evidence of quality experience in a similar facilityThis is a fantastic opportunity with a global company who offer fantastic progression possibilitiesThe Quality department is currently operating on a straight days shift pattern, on a 37.5 hour work week, five days in the officeRole: Quality LeadLocation: Greater London, EnfieldSalary: 40,000 - 47,000The key responsibilities of the Quality Lead role will be:Team Leadership & DevelopmentProvide leadership, coaching, and development opportunities to the Lab Technicians team to optimize individual and team performance.Resource & Workforce PlanningOversee short-term labour planning including managing schedules, absences, holidays, and leave to ensure seamless lab operations.QESH Support & ComplianceCollaborate with Production Managers to uphold Quality, Environmental, Safety, and Health (QESH) standards by offering guidance and training to all relevant team members.Complaint ManagementLead the investigation of product and process complaints within the Performance Cell / Area.
