School Nurse (Swedish Speaking) London Nurse Seekers are proud to be working on behalf of a well-regarded independent international school situated across two sites in South West London.Find out if this opportunity is a good fit by reading all of the information that follows below.This welcoming, non-selective school provides a unique and vibrant educational environment, delivering a holistic curriculum to students from early years through to sixth form.The Role: We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Nurse to join the pastoral team.This is a part-time position, with flexibility on start dateeither immediately or in August, depending on availability.Key responsibilities include: Overseeing and coordinating all student health needs, including in-school vaccinations and health consultations Providing medical guidance and training for teaching staff Screening younger students and supporting the schools safeguarding practices Acting as the Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) Supporting the development and review of health-related policies and undertaking relevant administrative tasks Candidate Profile: The School is looking for a Registered Nurse (RGN or RSCN) with: A genuine passion for supporting the health and well-being of children and young people Previous experience in a school nursing or paediatric setting Strong safeguarding knowledge and the ability to work autonomously Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills Proficiency in Swedish (verbal and written) is preferred A proactive, empathetic, and collaborative approach Employment Package: Part-time role Competitive, individually-negotiated salary Visa sponsorship and three-year work visa funded by the school (if applicable) Relocation and travel support available for overseas candidates This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established and inclusive school community and really make a difference to the health and wellbeing of its students.To find out more please apply today or contact Nurse Seekers on 01926 676369 for more details.ADZN1_UKTJ
