As a NGED authorised Wireman/Fitter, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of the electrical infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:Carry out wiring, fitting, and earthing works on NGED substationsHold and manage Permit to Work (PTW) and Limitation of Access (LOA) systemsWork safely and efficiently, adhering to NGED policies and proceduresCollaborate with colleagues and stakeholders to ensure successful project deliveryMaintain accurate records and documentationRequirements:NGED authorisation as a Wireman/FitterValid PTW and LOA certificationProven experience working on electrical substationsStrong knowledge of electrical wiring, fitting, and earthing practicesAbility to work at heights and in confined spacesExcellent communication and teamwork skillsAbility to work flexibly and adapt to changing prioritiesDesirable Qualifications:City & Guilds 2360 or equivalent electrical qualificationSSSTS (Site Safety Training Scheme) certificationIPAF (International Powered Access Federation) certificationTelehandler operator training certificationFirst Aid at Work certificationWhat We Offer:Competitive salary and benefits packageCompany vanOngoing training and development opportunitiesOpportunities for career development and growthCollaborative and supportive team environment
