Role | Commercial Property Solicitor Level | 4 years PQE Based | Swadlincote Hybrid | 2 days working from home Offer | 45,000 - 60,000 per annum We are working with a top legal firm based near to Swadlincote who are looking to hire a Commercial Property Solicitor on a full-time basis. Theyre ideally looking for someone from with 4 years PQE within Commercial Property, but would be open to solicitors with slightly less experience who are looking to progress. The team cover a wide variety of matters including: Leases Freehold property Development land Agricultural property Commercial lenders Typical duties include: Manage a varied caseload of commercial property matters. Deal with leases, freehold property, and development land. Act for diverse clients including SIPPS/SASSs and corporates. Handle transactions involving commercial lenders and agreements. The successful candidate: Qualified solicitor with strong commercial property law knowledge. Experience working commercial property transactions from start to finish Excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. Proven ability to manage complex caseloads and meet deadlines. An appetite for business development and delivering high-quality work.
