We’re now growing our London-based field team to ensure our machines across the capital are running smoothly and delivering a great customer experience.The RoleWe’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Driver/Vending Operator to join our London operations team. You’ll be based out of our London hub, supporting daily stock deliveries and vending machine refills across the city and the south.This is more than just a driving job — you’ll be the face of Mother on-site, making sure machines are stocked, clean, and running smoothly. You’ll be part of a wider team, with support from the Ops Manager and Driver Leads, and you’ll receive full training to get you up to speed.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver and refill stock across a set route of smart vending machinesKeep machines clean, presentable, and in working orderPerform basic checks and report any issues (training provided)Keep accurate records of stock levels and machine performanceCommunicate with the wider team on replenishment and tech issuesSupport other drivers and jump on different routes as neededEnsure your van is loaded properly and kept clean and road-readyRepresent the brand with a positive and professional attitude on-siteOccasionally help with warehouse tasks at the depot (stock checks, loading, etc.)What We’re Looking ForPrevious experience in a driving, delivery or field-based roleComfortable working independently and managing your own routeStrong time management and reliabilityFriendly, proactive, and happy to pitch in wherever neededFull UK driving licence requiredExperience in vending, FMCG or retail delivery is a bonus (but not essential)
