We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Senior Technical Manager to join our team in London. The ideal candidate must hold a Doctorate (PhD) in Health Education and have a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience in the health, beauty, or medical aesthetics fieldeither locally or internationally.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and evaluate all clinical and operational procedures to ensure safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.Provide strategic and technical guidance directly to the Director to support business decisions and innovation.Monitor and audit the implementation of advanced aesthetic practices and health-related services.Advise on staff development and training to maintain high industry standards.Support continuous improvement by assessing equipment, procedures, and technologies.Ensure best practices in hygiene, customer care, and patient outcomes.RequirementsDoctorate in Health Education (mandatory)Minimum 20 years of industry experience (local or international)Proven leadership and advisory experience within a medical, beauty, or wellness environmentDeep understanding of health regulations, aesthetic treatments, and technical standardsExceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skillsWhy Join Us?At VIPLAND, we are committed to excellence, innovation, and delivering outstanding results.
