This is a senior-level position reporting directly to the Director of Global Trade Compliance. You will play a key role in ensuring regulatory alignment, optimizing customs processes, and partnering with both internal stakeholders and external authorities to uphold best practices in import/export compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesManage all aspects of import/export compliance across UK and EU sitesServe as the primary contact for customs authorities and regulatory bodiesConduct internal audits, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiativesMaintain up-to-date product classifications, export control records, and tariff codesLead the development of compliance programs, procedures, and training materialsCollaborate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics providersSupport licensing applications, regulatory submissions, and trade documentationRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in a related fieldMinimum 510 years of relevant experience in trade compliance or import/export operationsStrong knowledge of UK/EU customs regulations, EAR, HTS codes, and export licensing processesProven experience working with SAP and/or other ERP systemsExcellent organizational, analytical, and communication skillsAbility to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence without direct authorityWhat We OfferA competitive senior-level compensation package A high-impact role within a global organizationRemote or hybrid working flexibilityOpportunities for professional growth and cross-border collaborationA collaborative, innovation-driven environmentIf you are a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of trade compliance and a drive for continuous improvement, we encourage you to apply.
