Account Executive New Business Focus (Charity Sector)Salary: 32,682 (including Inner London Weighting Allowance)Location: London (Hybrid minimum two days per week in office)Contract: Permanent, Full Time (35 hours per week)A leading national charity is seeking a driven and proactive Account Executive to help grow the membership of a well-established employer forum that supports inclusive workplace practices across the UK.This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a strong interest in business development, relationship management, and social impact. Working within a commercial team (not fundraising), you will help organisations adopt resources that support carers in the workplace by engaging with HR and Diversity & Inclusion leaders across sectors.Key Responsibilities:Identify and research new business leads, converting prospects into membersEngage directly with client organisations to promote the forums value propositionManage the onboarding process for new members and ensure a smooth client experienceSupport retention through excellent customer service and client supportContribute to marketing and communication strategies, including content creation and event supportAbout You:Proven experience in B2B sales, new business generation, or account managementStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with confidence in liaising at all levelsA proactive and organised self-starter who can manage competing prioritiesUnderstanding of, or interest in, HR and workplace inclusion is desirableComfortable working in a mission-led environment with commercial goalsWhats on Offer:A competitive salary of 32,682 (inclusive of ILW)A flexible and supportive working culture, with two days per week in the central London officeGenerous holiday allowance, including extra days over Christmas and New YearHealth and wellbeing benefits, pension contributions, and moreClosing date: ASAPPlease note: Applications are being reviewed on a rolling basis, and the vacancy may close early if sufficient suitable applications are received.
