Role: Account ManagerLocation: Remote (UK based) About: We're a TikTok agency that gets brands cut through on TikTok. Weve grown our own clients and communities to over 1 million followers and have hit 600 million video views in the last 12 months. We use these learnings to help brands reach new audiences, grow their TikTok following and engagement and produce thumb-stoppingly good content that gets cut through on TikTok.The Role: Were looking for an experienced Account Manager to look after all client communications, building deep relationships and having the gravitas to contribute to ideas and identify client needs. You will be able to interpret briefs and liaise with relevant departments, ensuring everyone is briefed and the campaigns are delivered effectively.This is a job for someone who knows what works on TikTok, those that can demonstrate how to get great engagement on TikTok and is also comfortable managing multiple clients. What youll be doing: Own & lead account management and content creation of your clients TikTok accountsLooking after your clients deliverables, immersing yourself as part of their team, as well as oursBrief content through our content creation process, working alongside our in-house TikTok creators, freelance TikTok creators and influencersTake part in ideation sessions, including our Meme Factory once a weekMonitor, track and report on TikTok performancePerform research and benchmark analysis on current trends, competitors and influencersAttend client shoots where applicableWhat youll bring:You'll be a TikTok expert, ideally active on TikTok yourselfYoull have experience working with numerous brands, in house or agencyYou'll be obsessed with TikTok and how to make content workYou'll be very creative, and able to develop new ideasMassively organised, with the ability to juggle lots of clients and tasksYou can work under pressure and be able to turn round tasks with short deadlinesCan work closely with creatives and clientsVery organised, with high attention to detailFlexible to adjust to last minute changes and forward-thinking in solving client problems that may arise What we can offer to you: Free holiday days:Birthday?
