Anaplan Model Builder Remote (UK-Based) 100k + Bonus (4 Streams)Were working with a fast-growing consultancy delivering high-impact Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions to Tier 1 banks and financial services clients. As their Anaplan practice continues to scale, theyre looking for a hands-on Anaplan Model Builder to design and build sophisticated models for high-profile programmes.This is a permanent, remote-first role (UK-based) offering a 100,000 base salary and a generous bonus structure comprising four separate streams making it ideal for experienced builders who want to stay close to the modelling and be rewarded for both technical delivery and contribution to firm growth.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and build Anaplan models that align with business needs and platform best practicesTranslate complex business requirements into logical, scalable technical modelsOwn the full model build lifecycle: requirements gathering, architecture, development, testing, deployment, and optimisationBuild clean, user-friendly dashboards and UX pages for finance and operational stakeholdersImprove performance and maintainability of existing modelsCollaborate with Solution Architects and directly with client stakeholdersShare best practice and support internal enablement through reusable components and mentoringWhat Were Looking ForProven experience as a hands-on Anaplan Model Builder (minimum 2 full-cycle implementations)Strong grasp of model structure, sparsity, calculation logic, and UX designAbility to work directly with business users and translate needs into technical modelsFinancial services experience a plus, but not essentialAnaplan Level 1 & 2 certified; Level 3 or The Anaplan Way preferredWhats on OfferUp to 100,000 base salary (depending on experience)4 bonus streams, including:Annual base bonus: 2540% of salaryDelivery bonus: tied to successful project milestonesSales incentive: for identifying and supporting business developmentPractice growth bonus: for internal contributions such as mentoring and asset creationRemote-first working (with optional office access in London or Edinburgh)Strategic projects with top-tier financial services clientsWork in a technically focused team where hands-on model building is core to your roleApply NowIf youre a technically strong Anaplan Model Builder ready to take ownership of model design and delivery, wed love to hear from you.
