About the Role:You will manage a caseload of housing disrepair matters from inception to resolution, advising tenants on their legal rights and pursuing claims against local authorities and housing associations. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in securing justice and improving living conditions for vulnerable tenants. Key Responsibilities:Manage a varied caseload of litigated and pre-litigated housing disrepair claimsSupervising junior fee earnersProvide clear, practical legal advice to clientsConduct negotiations and advocacy where appropriatePrepare legal documents, statements, and evidence bundlesMaintain accurate case records and adhere to compliance requirements What We're Looking For:A qualified solicitor in England & Wales with at least 3 years PQE in housing disrepair or related litigationStrong knowledge of landlord and tenant law, particularly housing disrepair legislationConfident handling a full caseload independentlyExcellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skillsProactive, organised, and passionate about access to justice What We Offer:Hybrid working model with a minimum of 2 days in the officeSupportive and collaborative team environmentCompetitive salary 23 days holiday + bank + increase with serviceGifts and holidays for milestones of service at firmBirthday off work Social eventsReferral Scheme
