Korn Ferry are looking for a UK Based Remote Business Analyst to join a client on a longterm engagement (3 month rolling contracts)The role is Inside of IR35.OverviewA confident Business Analyst, who can bring clarity to complex requirements, drive consensus, and is experienced in platform integration. Working in an Agile Scrum environment, helping to shape a custom React platform, sometimes contributing to simple, effective UI/UX designs.Key ExperienceGather & Define RequirementsWork with stakeholders to understand and document business and technical needs.Navigate differing opinions to create clear, actionable requirements.Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and workflows.Stakeholder Engagement & Business SupportFacilitate discussions to align teams and move projects forward.Act as a bridge between business and technical teams, ensuring clarity in communication.Help drive decisions where stakeholders are uncertain or misaligned.Agile Delivery & CollaborationWork closely with the Product Owner, Delivery Manager, and development team.Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and stand-ups.Run refinement sessions with the development team.Platform Integration & Technical CoordinationSupport integrations between the Reach platform and third-party/internal systems.Collaborate with developers and architects to ensure smooth data flow and API connections.UI/UX Design ContributionHelp design simple, intuitive UI/UX features.Work with designers and developers to deliver user-friendly solutions.System Implementation & Testing:Conduct and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate requirements for large feature releases.Experience: 3+ YearsLocation: UK Based, RemoteTime Zone: Team in BST/GMT and ISTSkillsBPMNDMNRequirements gatheringAnalysis documentationAgile Scrum frameworkKey ToolsAtlassianReact software implementation experience (as a BA)
