This is a high-impact role where youll be expected to prospect, engage, and close complex enterprise deals, while working closely with internal teams to shape and refine the GTM motion.Own the full sales cycle from outbound prospecting through to closeLead strategic discovery and create value-driven solutions for senior stakeholdersUse storytelling and challenger techniques to communicate impactLeverage structured methodologies such as MEDDIC throughout the sales processCollaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, and Customer SuccessMaintain strong forecast accuracy and operate with urgency and ownershipWhat Does Success Look Like? Building a healthy outbound-driven pipeline, consistently exceeding quota, and delivering long-term value for enterprise customers.What Youll Bring:5+ years of full-cycle enterprise SaaS sales experienceA proven track record of exceeding monthly and/or quarterly targetsExperience working with cross-functional enterprise stakeholders (Marketing, IT, Data, Ops)Strong outbound prospecting and PG campaign skillsFamiliarity with sales methodologies (MEDDIC, Challenger, SPIN)Excellent storytelling, communication, and consultative selling skillsDegree calibre with a curious, structured, and high-performance mindsetCompensation & Opportunity- Work remotely, with flexible support from a global team and have a direct influence on GTM strategy in a scaling UK market.
