Title: Head of FP&A Package: 100K basic Location: Blackburn Hybrid (3 days in office) Ref: NB13667RoleFinatal is supporting a PE backed managed services provider, seeking a resilient Head of FP&A at the group level, to play a pivotal role in driving financial strategy and operational efficiency.Responsibilities:Lead the development of annual budgets, quarterly reforecasts, and long-term financial plans, ensuring alignment with the companys strategic objectives.Act as a trusted business partner to operational and commercial leaders, providing actionable insights and financial analysis to drive performance.Evaluate investment opportunities, pricing strategies, and business cases to support growth initiatives.Manage and mentor a high-performing, developing, FP&A team, fostering professional development and continuous improvement.Oversee the preparation and presentation of management information, KPIs, and board-level reporting to key stakeholders.Collaborate with private equity stakeholders, ensuring transparent communication and alignment on key financial metrics and initiatives.Requirements:ACA/ACCA/CIMA qualified or equivalent.Proven track record in FP&A leadership, ideally within Management Service/SaaS industries (recurring revenue).Private equity experience is essential.Strong financial modelling, data analysis, and commercial acumen. Proficiency with FP&A tools and systems is essential.Demonstrated ability to manage, inspire, and develop teams, fostering a culture of excellence.Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at all levels, including C-suite and investors.
