About The Company:This is a brilliant opportunity to join a high-performing growth consultancy working with some of the most exciting B2B companies in SaaS, tech and digital services. The team has a strong track record of driving real commercial results, not just impressions or clicks.As a Senior Growth Consultant, you will take full ownership of 12 to 18 client relationships, working directly with founders and senior stakeholders to shape strategy and improve sales outcomes.You will not be building campaigns yourself, as that is handled by the internal team, but you will be the go-to person for guiding the clients direction and holding everything to a high standard.It is a fast-paced, commercially driven role with plenty of autonomy and a clear impact on business success.Key Responsibilities:Manage 12 to 18 client relationships, acting as their strategic lead and trusted advisorRun client reviews, set clear expectations and keep performance on trackCoach founders and execs on how to improve their sales process from lead to closeTranslate business goals into clear strategies for the delivery team to executeSpot problems early, offer solutions and make sure things stay on courseEssential Experience:3 to 5 years experience in B2B demand generation, outbound or ABMConfident working directly with founders, C-levels and senior stakeholdersStrong grasp of how to drive pipeline growth and improve sales performanceExperience managing clients and owning commercial outcomesComfortable working independently in a remote and fast-moving environmentAdditional Benefits:Invitation to equity or profit share scheme after 12 months, based on performanceAccess to over 25,000 worth of professional training and developmentPersonalised 1:1 executive coaching from the Director of Operations and FounderClear, merit-based progression path to senior leadership rolesUncapped earning potential with realistic OTE exceedance for top performersSalary: 55,000 to 65,000 base DOEOn-Target Earnings (OTE): Up to 160,000 through uncapped commission.
