What Youll Focus On: Building partnerships with high-growth consumer brands scaling their e-commerce and digital functions Recruiting roles like: Amazon & Ocado Account Managers Heads of E-commerce / DTC Leads Digital Marketing, CRM & Data Roles E-commerce NPD & Category Managers Leading with quality, consultative BD , not spray-and-pray sales What Youll Need: 360 recruitment experience - ideally in FMCG, Digital, Marketing or Commercial A business development mindset - you''re energised by opening doors, not waiting for them to open Confidence to speak to Heads of Digital, Founders and Marketing Directors Curiosity, ambition and a quality-first approach What Youll Get: Full autonomy to build and shape your desk - no theatre, no micromanagement Up to 35% commission - retroactive and generous Support from a leadership team who know the space and have built successful desks themselves A hybrid model based out of Edinburgh HQ or hybrid after probation.
