With a professional and person-centered approach, we ensure reliability and progress, creating lasting value for those we care and support.Your Role as a Speech & Language Therapist within Learning Disabilities Services:Provide evidence-based assessments and therapy for service users with a range of communication and swallowing needs.Develop person-centred care plans in collaboration with the Therapeutic Team.Deliver training to staff and support service users in achieving their communication goals.Maintain accurate records in line with professional standards and regulations.Our Ideal Candidate should:Registered Speech and Language Therapist with HCPC.Have Strong knowledge of communication individuals with complex needsKnowledge swallowing difficulties and appropriate interventions, or a willing to work towards this once in post.
