Role: Site Manager - Passive Fire Location: East Midlands Only (Nottingham, Derby, Leicester) Pay: Up to 43,000 (DOE) This is fantastic opportunity for a Site Supervisor to progress into a Site Manager position. You will join the East Midlands Division (Nottingham, Derby, Leicester etc) Join one of the UKs leading Fire Protection specialists! Benefits: Competitive salary 22 days annual leave Bank Holidays (rising to 27) Company vehicle (where applicable) Company Sick Pay Life Insurance The Role Ensure the smooth operation of works to multiple properties concurrently Ensure compliance with relevant Health & Safety Law and CDM Regulations Assist in the selection and formation of site personnel teams (including sub-contractors) as determined by the requirements of the designated contract Supervise site personnel, work activities and resources to meet the requirements of the designated contract Manage the works to ensure it complies with Legal and Statutory requirements Ensure control measures within risk and COSHH assessments are implemented and followed Manage the works to ensure each property is handed over on the agreed date Maintain the trust and support of site personnel Oversee the works to ensure the client/customer requirements and specifications are met Deal with client / customer queries and or communications professionally and efficiently The Requirements: Essential: SSSTS or SMSTS Motivated, dependable, and professional. Comfortable working alone or as part of a team in high-pressure environments. Strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Willing to travel and work across multiple locations. Practical knowledge of safe lifting techniques and handling heavy items. Hands-on experience fitting fire doors to approved standards.
