Estimator Up to 70,000 Car Allowance Bonus Location: North Midlands ) Type: Full-Time, Permanent Sector: Residential / Housebuilding Salary: Up to 70,000 5,100 Car Allowance 5% Annual Bonus Holiday: 25 Days Bank Holidays Pension: 4% Employer Contribution About the Company We are recruiting on behalf of a luxury new homes builder , known for delivering exceptional residential developments across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity to join their North Midlands office and play a key role in supporting the land acquisition process through detailed budget appraisals. The Role Estimator As an Estimator , you will be responsible for preparing fully costed land appraisals based on technical drawings and site information. Working closely with Land, Technical, and Sales teams, youll help assess the viability of new sites before bids are made. Key Responsibilities: Produce budget appraisals using detailed technical drawings Take off accurate quantities for build cost estimates Prepare costings for roads, sewers, abnormals, and enabling works Input and manage preliminary costs for construction and sales phases Attend site visits when required to assess constraints Maintain cost data and update trackers regularly About You Requirements: ONC/HNC (or equivalent) essential HND or Degree in a relevant subject desirable Experience in construction ideally residential / housebuilding Strong numerical and analytical skills Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and reports Excellent communication and collaboration skills Self-motivated and capable of working independently/remotely Benefits: Up to 70,000 salary 5,100 car allowance 5% annual bonus 25 days holiday plus bank holidays 4% employee pension contribution Opportunity to work with a premium housebuilder How to Apply If youre an experienced Estimator looking to join a high-quality residential developer with strong career prospects and an attractive benefits package, apply today or get in touch for a confidential chat.
