Job role: Deputy Manager of a children's home Location: Cannock Pay: 30,000 to 32,000 per year + 2,500 annual bonus depending on performance Contract: Full-time, 173.3 hours per month (mix of 16.5-hour shifts and administration hours as confirmed on rota, based on the needs of young people and the business Job Role: As a Deputy Manager, youll work closely with the Home Manager to lead the home and ensure it runs smoothly and effectively. Youll provide both direct care and team leadership while stepping in for the Manager as needed.
