These guys have THE BEST marketing in the game and are looking for a Senior National Account Manager to lead the sales team and drive their growth across Grocery Retail.This business is currently growing 369% YOY, selling a SKU every minute, and have one of the largest followings within FMCG, even as an SME! Backed by the industrys best senior leaders, they are looking for a strategic thinker, who can lead the sales team and strengthen their foothold within Top 4 retail specifically Tesco and JS and bring a more structured process to the business.The ideal candidate will ideally have:5+ years FMCG account management experience Operated at SNAM level Worked across both a blue chip and SMEManaged either Tesco or JSStrong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering targetsA strategic mindset, ability to manage and execute on short- and long-term goalsPeople management experienceThis is an opportunity to join one of the most exciting brands in the FMCG market, but not only join them, exceed their growth across a highly strategic channel and account base, and look to become their next Head of Sales!With this business being based in Central London and having a hybrid split of 3 days a week in their office, so this person will need to be located within London or surrounding areas.
