We’re now on the lookout for a driven and enthusiasticRecruitment Consultantto join the recruitment team.Working with a high volume of vacancies with a wide range of roles and covering multiple sites across the network, this is a fast-paced, varied role that plays a key part in supporting the ongoing growth and success of the business.Salary: Up to £27, 000 DOE Hours:08:30 – 17:30 however flexible working and part time hours will be considered.Role responsibilities: Create and post internal job vacancies on our website and external job boards. Review applications and keep candidate records up to date in the recruitment system. Coordinate with hiring managers to schedule interviews efficiently. Assist in sourcing candidates from internal databases and external channels. Maintain consistent and positive communication with candidates throughout the process. Respond promptly to candidate inquiries and provide support as needed Ensure recruitment data is accurate and regularly updated in the applicant tracking system. Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team to help streamline operations. Ideal candidate will have the following skills and attributes: Previous experience within Recruitment and / or motor industry is desired but not essential. Accuracy and ability to work well under pressure to meet deadlines. A great team player, working alongside others with integrity, positivity and respect. Confidentiality and discretion are a must. Excellent organisational & time management. Confident and professional when handling both inbound and outbound phone calls. IT literate with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel and Outlook). Previous experience of posting jobs onto Indeed and using an ATS would be advantageous. Company Benefits: 30 days holiday a year (inclusive of Bank Holidays), plus an extra day off on your birthday.
