Principal / Senior Civil Engineer Water Sector 70k-80k Rickmansworth | Permanent | Hybrid Working Location: Rickmansworth (site based hybrid) Im working with a long-standing client delivering major capital works in the UK water sector.Want to apply Read all the information about this position below, then hit the apply button.As their AMP8 programme gets underway, theyre looking to bring in a Principal or Senior Civil Engineer to help lead the design delivery across multiple water and wastewater treatment schemes (c.400M total programme value).If youve got solid water industry experience and want to play a key role in a high performing engineering team, this is well worth a conversation.The Role Youll sit within the design team and lead civil design input on a range of live and upcoming projects.That includes: Developing detailed design layouts that are buildable and cost effective Supporting proposals and bids with technical input Coordinating across disciplines to ensure smooth delivery Ensuring compliance with CDM and H&S legislation Supporting junior engineers and contributing to design standards What Theyre Looking For Background in civil engineering design (structures, geotechnics, hydraulics) Experience in water and/or wastewater treatment Strong working knowledge of CDM 2015 , CESWI, BS, and WIMES Confident producing rationalised designs and economic layouts Degree or HND in Civil Engineering Chartered or working toward chartership (ICE or equivalent) Able to communicate technical proposals clearly and effectively UK driving licence Whats On Offer Competitive salary Car or car allowance 25 days holiday bank holidays (with option to buy more) Hybrid working Private medical health insurance Enhanced pension life assurance Employee discounts, Cycle to Work, and more Interested?
