Role: Assistant Accountant / Accounting Technician Location: Ballymena Hours: Full Time Salary: 28,000Interested in this role You can find all the relevant information in the description below.- 30,000 DOE) An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing SME operating across the UK & Ireland.The company provides high-quality medical solutions and is expanding its finance team in Ballymena.The Role: Youll support the Finance Manager with day-to-day finance tasks and month-end processes.Ideal for someone looking to gain broad experience in a dynamic business.Key Duties: Manage purchase and sales ledgers Bank reconciliations and cash flow support Process VAT, Intrastat, and RCT/CIS returns Support monthly accounts and journal entries Assist with project and service job costing Respond to internal and supplier queries Help improve finance processes and systems What You Need: 2+ years experience in a finance role Part-qualified accountant / Accounting Technician / QBE Good Excel skills and attention to detail Strong understanding of bookkeeping and reconciliations Desirable: Experience in SMEs or multi-entity businesses Knowledge of Sage 50, CIS/RCT, and cross-border VAT Background in medical equipment or similar Interested?
