You will possess good experience in commercial/residential property matters involving experience of dealing with Easement disputes (specifically Deeds of Release) as well as some experience of transactional work such as conveyancing and lease extensions.You should ideally have some experience of supervising junior team members and an entrepreneurial approach with ambitions to perhaps head up a team/department sometime in the near future.
