Interim Senior Legal Counsel - Non-Contentious Construction - Six monthsIncrease your chances of an interview by reading the following overview of this role before making an application.Our client, a top city law firm, is currently looking for a non-contentious construction lawyer to go on secondment with one of their key clients, a land and property regeneration company. The organisation are looking for someone with: Experience in Construction gained in-house or at a leading national or City firm (in-house experience preferred) In-depth knowledge and experience of advising on Construction projects (non-contentious) and how they fit into the wider Real Estate context Strong people management skills to build relationships with key internal and external stakeholders Commercial awareness so as to provide the business with legal advice in a commercial context Strong negotiation skills Managing external legal advisers and consultants efficiently and effectively to ensure the highest service levels whilst managing fee levels; Overseeing external counsel preparing suites of Construction documents for infrastructure and buildings, reviewing and reporting on final summary reports prepared by external Counsel & approving suites of construction documents for execution This is a very exciting, in-house opportunity to work with a leading organisation within it's market.
