As a Junior Garment Technologist, youll support the technical development of our clients collections from concept through to final production. Youll be responsible for ensuring fit, quality, and construction meet our brand standards across all styles. This role requires hands-on experience with fittings, spec sheets, and working closely with factories and suppliers.Make your application after reading the following skill and qualification requirements for this position.Key Responsibilities:Assist in the development of garment specs and technical packs (Tech Packs)Attend fit sessions and record detailed fit comments and amendmentsMeasure samples and ensure sizing is consistent across rangesWork with design and production teams to ensure products meet aesthetic and technical requirementsLiaise with factories and suppliers to communicate technical adjustments and approvalsConduct quality checks on incoming samples and production runsHelp manage critical path timelines and ensure sample deadlines are metMaintain organised records of all sample developments, fittings, and approvalsSupport with fabric testing, wash care, and compliance documentation as neededEnsure consistency of construction, fit, and quality across all product categoriesRequirements:2-3 experience as an Assistant Garment Technologist or in a similar technical role within fashionStrong understanding of garment construction, pattern cutting, and fit across woven and jersey productsExperience attending and documenting fit sessionsConfident communication skills, both written and verbal, with internal teams and external suppliersStrong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple styles across various timelines
