Paid | 13/hour | Remote (UK-based or Right to Work in UK required) About Lumi At Lumi, were building the worlds first breakthrough platform that combines AI with human oversight to help people upskill faster, better, and more affordably, whether in education or the workplace.Candidates should take the time to read all the elements of this job advert carefully Please make your application promptly.Through immersive, challenge-based Quests, we reimagine how people learn: unlocking creativity, AI literacy, and real-world problem-solving.As we grow, were committed to building a more gender-equitable team.This particular role is part of our effort to bring more brilliant women into EdTech, a space where diverse perspectives are still underrepresented.Were looking for a curious and purpose-driven Summer Intern to join our Learning & Development team.Youll help us design and deliver transformative learning experiences while developing your own skills in facilitation, curriculum design, and education innovation.What Youll Do Support delivery of online workshops (Quests) that build skills in AI, design thinking, and entrepreneurship Facilitate small-group discussions and learner reflection Assist in developing educational resources, activities, and case studies Join internal projects related to AI tools, assessment systems, and pedagogy Help us build a stronger learning experience from the inside out Ideal Candidate A current or recent masters or phd student in Education, L&D, Innovation, or EdTech Passionate about reshaping how people learn A strong communicator and collaborative problem-solver Familiar with tools like Zoom, Miro/FigJam, Google Suite Comfortable working remotely and independently Experience in facilitation, tutoring, or coaching is a plus Why Join?
