Non-contentious Construction Senior AssociateMaximise your chances of a successful application to this job by ensuring your CV and skills are a good match.- 5-8 PQE- FULLY REMOTE Our client is is well regarded for the breadth of its capabilities and has a strong record of advising on infrastructure, energy, and engineering projects.Due to growth our client is seeking a non contentious construction associate with 5-8 PQE to work remotely.The successful candidate UK-qualified lawyer with demonstrable mid-level experience gained with a strong private practice law firm (However foreign qualified candidates with equivalent and/or comparable experience in the domestic market will be considered) A self-starter who takeS the initiative Relevant experience drafting and amending suites of construction documents across various standard forms as well as drafting bespoke appointments Strong technical knowledge and experience of working on commercial real estate development, JCT, NEC, FIDIC, MF/1, IChemE and bespoke contractual arrangements To discuss the role in further detail please contact charlottecollen@maplegal.co.ukRemote working/work at home options are available for this role.
