Factory Manager Alexander Steele is recruiting for an experienced Factory Manager to join a well-established food manufacturing business based in Leicestershire.Please read the information in this job post thoroughly to understand exactly what is expected of potential candidates.The successful candidate will be a key member of the SLT for site whilst operating closely with the senior group personnel.You will oversee the site operations whilst working closely with cross-functional teams to meet the group standards.Whats on Offer: Paying circa 75,000 (d.o.e) Monday Friday (flexibility with working hours) Company pension Life assurance x4 base salary Responsibilities: Lead and manage all manufacturing operations including production, planning, technical, engineering and loading. Act a key member of the SLT, assisting on all operational related matters on group level. Ensuring all sites are complying with industry regulations and customer requirements. Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business objectives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.Background Experience: 6 years of experience in operational management roles in a food processing environment. Strong people management skills dealing with direct reports Degree or equivalent qualification in engineering, operations, or related field preferred. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
