This is a career-defining opportunity to lead from the front in a technically challenging, fast-paced environment.This is not a back-office coordination role. You will lead the mechanical strategy and delivery across shell, core and fit-out, from early-stage design resolution through to commissioning and client handover. You will be a senior voice within the delivery team, working closely with the wider services team, project directors, consultants, and top-tier subcontractors.Key responsibilities include:Leading mechanical coordination and design resolution across a major commercial developmentManaging delivery, quality assurance, technical compliance, and programme riskOverseeing commissioning, handover and close-outActing as the mechanical lead across design workshops, technical reviews and client updatesWorking closely with construction leads to maintain programme and performanceWhat Youll BringWe are looking for someone with a strong record of managing large-scale mechanical packages on complex new build projects.
