A second-generation leadership team has helped drive innovation, growth, and a reputation for quality in the high-end residential space.Key ResponsibilitiesFull project management from pre-construction through to completionLiaising with design, commercial, and delivery teamsManaging subcontractors and suppliersEnsuring health & safety complianceMonitoring programme, quality, and budgetIdeal Candidate5+ years experience managing residential construction projects (luxury or bespoke preferred)Strong technical understanding of high-spec finishes and detailExperience running single-site residential schemesExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to drive quality and motivate teams
