As an employee owned business, who strongly believe in Invest in the 3 P's...People, Plant and Process.About the RoleThe CNC Lathe Operator will be responsible for setting, programming, and operating CNC Lathe machines, ensuring precision and quality in all operations.ResponsibilitiesSet up and operate CNC Lathe machines.Program CNC machines using Fanuc and Haas control systems.Work with high-performance multi-axis mill turn machines.Utilize CAD/CAM software for programming.Meet production deadlines while maintaining quality standards.Skills and ExperienceExperience as a CNC Lathe operator.Knowledge of Fanuc and Haas control systems is preferable CAD/CAM experience is beneficial.Ability to work to deadlines.Strong attention to detail.Problem-solving skillsExperience with multi-axis machining.Familiarity with quality control processes.Hours and compensation package37 hour week, great benefits package.Equal Opportunity StatementAt polkadotfrog, we are dedicated to ensuring both client and candidate satisfaction.
