With a strong foothold in the UK this is a business thats scaling fast in the Facade's sector and investing in its people every step of the way.Your new roleAs an Estimator, youll play a pivotal role in the pre-construction process, working closely with a collaborative team. Youll be responsible for:Reviewing incoming enquiries and tender documentationResponding to customer queries and clarifying project requirementsPerforming accurate take-offs from architectural drawingsInterpreting and understanding complex drawing packagesLiaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricingUnderstanding and compiling PI (Performance Information) packagesPulling together full tender submissions and issuing them on timeSupporting the team in pre-contract meetings and negotiationsWhat are they looking for?Youll be detail-oriented, commercially aware, and confident working with drawings and technical documents.
