Contracts Manager/ Senior Contracts Manager - Facade/CladdingThe following information aims to provide potential candidates with a better understanding of the requirements for this role.The CompanyMy client are a well-established Leading Faade Contractor, who have experienced steady growth over the past 10+ years.Projects ranging from 2m-20m.My client are a strong investor in their staff and have a low staff turnover.The company is run by affable directors, who have developed a robust company with a solid reputation.HQ based in Hampshire with projects UK wide.The Role - Contracts Manager (Facade/Cladding)My client are looking for an experienced, driven and detail-oriented Contracts Manager to join the team and lead complex facade projects.You will need 5+ years experience in envelope cladding and faade systems, in a Contracts Manager or equivalent role.Duties:Oversee and manage contracts from pre-construction through to completionLead project teams across multiple sites, ensuring quality and complianceMitigate risks and manage budgets effectivelyLiaise with clients, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure smooth deliveryProven expertise in contract and project managementStrong risk management and financial acumenTechnical proficiency and commercial awareness for site-based activitiesYoull need to be commutable to the HQ (Hampshire) and happy to go to project sites in Leeds, Nottingham, and Sheffield.These will be your primary projects for the next 1824 months.Contracts Manager / Senior Contracts Manager - Faade/Cladding
