If you're passionate about healthcare transformation and want to lead real change, this could be your next step.What Youll Be Doing:As PCN Operations Manager, youll be at the heart of clinical service delivery overseeing day-to-day operations, supporting and developing clinical teams, and leading on quality improvement. Youll work closely with senior stakeholders and have a real voice in shaping the future of primary care.Lead and manage clinical and non-clinical staff, driving excellence in service deliveryEnsure compliance with GPhC, CPPE, Royal Pharmaceutical Society, and regulatory standardsDevelop training frameworks, staff PDPs, and manage performance against KPIsSupport the creation of clinical dashboards and present outcomes to senior leadershipBuild strong relationships with PCNs, GP practices, and healthcare partnersContribute to operational strategy and long-term planning at executive levelEssential Skills & Experience:A background in Primary Care, PCNs, GP or NHS operationsDeep understanding of PCN DES, GMS/PMS contracts, and primary care frameworksStrong experience managing clinical teams, ideally pharmacists/techniciansA strategic mindset paired with excellent execution and planning skillsData-driven performance management expertiseOutstanding communication, leadership and interpersonal skillsAbility to work under pressure, multitask, and meet tight deadlinesA genuine commitment to improving patient careHigh level of professional integrity, critical thinking and attention to detailWhy Join?Though confidential at this stage, the hiring company is well-established, values-led, and undergoing significant growth.
