As a Talent Scout, you will be trained to sourcing passive candidates through networking as well as complex Internet searches. We'll want you to go beyond the basics of sourcing on LinkedIn and job boards and source candidates through channels like blogs, niche social networks, trade associations, online groups, directories, networking sites, alumni associations, complex Boolean and x-ray searches on Google, and more!Is this the role you are looking for If so read on for more details, and make sure to apply today.The role of Talent Scout is the first rung on the ladder to becoming an expert Head Hunter. Tiro is dedicated to staff' continued development and training, the successful candidate will receive both "on the job" and external training, and will be supported to achieve a professional recruitment qualification.
