You'll be responsible for:Managing and growing a dual desk (perm and contract) with a focus on white-collar and/or IT hiresWorking closely with housing associations, ALMOs, and local authority housing teamsRecruiting into areas such as:IT (infrastructure, support, digital transformation, data)Finance, governance, and complianceAsset management and property servicesCorporate services (HR, marketing, project management)Building long-term relationships with hiring managers and stakeholdersDeveloping new business alongside managing and expanding existing accountsWhat Were Looking ForAt least 12 months' recruitment experience, ideally within housing, IT, or the wider public sectorUnderstanding of white-collar roles and/or technical functions in housing or local governmentConfident managing a full 360 desk, building client pipelines and delivering quality candidatesSomeone whos commercially minded, well-organised, and able to work autonomouslyA team player who thrives in a values-driven environmentWhat Youll Get in Return30,000 40,000 base salary, depending on experienceUncapped commission no threshold, no capsAccess to existing client relationships and tools to grow your deskProgression into senior, principal, or team lead roles with training and mentorship throughoutMonthly lunch clubs, three annual team trips (Ibiza, skiing, city breaks), and regular socialsHybrid working 3 days in our Aztec West office and 2 from home once youre up and runningA role with purpose Talentia is a BCorp and proud Investors in People Gold employerAbout UsTalentia Group is a recruitment business that puts purpose, people, and progression at the heart of everything we do.
