Kitchen Manager Japanese Ramen Shop (Ref: KK46422)Do not pass up this chance, apply quickly if your experience and skills match what is in the following description.A newly opening Japanese Ramen shop in London is seeking a Kitchen Manager who will be responsible for managing the daily Kitchen operations of the ramen shop in London.This ramen shop is launching its very first shop in the UK and is looking for a highly motivated individual to play a key role in establishing the brand.The responsibilities will include food purchasing, controlling food cost and usage, ensuring cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas and equipment, maintaining all equipment in excellent working condition. Kitchen Manager Ideal Candidate:Business level of Japanese and EnglishCompletion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline or several years of experience in food preparation or service are beneficialCompletion of secondary school is usually requiredHealth & Safety & Food Safety Certification Visa Support may be considered.
