As well as a challenging project oriented environment, the CAPEX & MRO Procurement Lead will enjoy bringing strategic leadership to this immature, growing category. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to progress to a Head of Procurement role.As CAPEX & MRO Procurement Lead you will:-Create and implement category strategies for key spend areas aligned with the Business Units and Group Service functionsDevelop senior stakeholder relationships, expanding procurements involvement and control of non-traditional spend areasUse your deep knowledge of sourcing and/or category management processes to drive transformational change and improvementPresent key insight/updates to the key stakeholders covering data analysis & market insight in order to ensure effective planning and decision makingImplement a supplier relationship strategy to achieve the agreed KPIs and to develop sustainable added value potentialRequired experience & qualifications:-Significant MRO and/or CAPEX category managementMinimum 5 years experience in ProcurementSpecialist knowledge & experience in the defined categories of energy, utilities, chemicals, waste management and packaging recycling is desirableAbility to turn strategies and decisions into actionIf you are a talented Procurement specialist looking for a challenging project based environment and a collaborative team atmosphere, please apply by sending your CV to g.sivarajah@bramwithconsulting.co.uk or apply directly through this forum.
