Contracts Manager, Lincolnshire with travel. Great package + excellent benefits. Your new company work with a range of clients and pride themselves on delivering schemes of differing values and sizes. Due to continued success, the contractor are now looking to onboard a Contracts Manager to their team.Apply fast, check the full description by scrolling below to find out the full requirements for this role.In addition to coming from a civil engineering background, you must also be familiar with minor building works.Your new roleAs Contracts Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing projects from start to finish. Within this you will ensure timelines, budgets and quality is a priority. You will also coordinate planning throughout the project. You will also ensure that you work alongside the commercial team to ensure that projects are carried out within budgets and maximise profit.Your responsibilities will include:Maintaining effective and long-term relationships with clients and contractorsProgramme planning and managementBeing proactive in identifying and resolving problemsAbility to maximise profitabilityDispute resolutionReviewing methods of workingOverall responsibility for health and safety initiativesWhat you'll need to succeedIn order to succeed, you will have a civil engineering degree or be a chartered engineer or equivalent and will have managed contracts in the civil engineering sector along with minor works.
