Youll be the go-to legal expert for all things housing, from tenancy disputes and evictions to affordable housing schemes and leasehold negotiations. And youll do it all on your own terms, with full remote working and true professional autonomy.Your Role Advise on all aspects of housing law, including landlord/tenant issues and unlawful occupancy Handle housing litigation such as evictions, disrepair, and land disputes. Draft and review tenancy agreements, lease terms, and housing-related policies. Ensure compliance with legal obligations, especially around affordable housing delivery. Deliver training and guidance to housing officers and councillors.
