Youll help drive a positive safety culture, ensure compliance, and support continuous improvement across multiple sites. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide expert H&S support to nurseries and support officesConduct site visits, audits, and incident investigationsSupport with fire safety, DSE assessments, and risk managementDeliver coaching, training, and guidance to managers and teamsCollaborate with stakeholders to embed best practices What Were Looking ForNEBOSH General Certificate (essential)Experience in a similar H&S role (childcare, education, or retail preferred)Knowledge of fire safety, DSE, COSHH, and risk assessmentsStrong communication and coaching skillsWillingness to travel with occasional overnight stays DesirableGRAD IOSH or working towardsFire Safety and DSE Assessor experienceLevel 2 Food Safety HygieneAn enhanced DBS is required for this role.
