You will ensure that all building services are delivered to the highest quality standards, meet project deadlines, and stay within budget.Key Responsibilities:Lead the management of MEP services across multiple construction projectsCollaborate with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure service designs meet specifications and project goalsOversee the installation and commissioning of building services, ensuring compliance with safety and industry regulationsMonitor project timelines, budgets, and quality standards, making adjustments as needed to ensure successful project deliveryLiaise with clients, consultants, and internal teams to resolve any issues related to building servicesProvide technical support and guidance to site teams during the construction and post-construction phasesEnsure sustainability and energy efficiency targets are integrated into building services design and deliveryRequirements:Proven experience as a Building Services Manager, ideally within a national contractor or a large-scale construction environmentStrong knowledge of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and building services designAbility to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously, ensuring high-quality outcomesExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of relevant health, safety, and environmental regulationsDegree or HNC/HND in Building Services Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline is preferredChartered Engineer status or working towards it would be an advantageBenefits:Competitive salary and benefits packageOpportunity for career progression within a growing national contractorCollaborative and supportive working environmentTraining and development opportunities
