This role is critical in identifying, attracting, and securing top technical and non-technical talent to support the companys continued growth and success in delivering complex engineering solutions.As Talent Acquisition Manager, you will oversee the full recruitment lifecycle across multiple regions, and coordinate with stakeholders across various engineering and business units. You will be instrumental in establishing scalable, compliant, and culturally aligned recruitment practices that meet the dynamic needs of our organization.Key Responsibilities:Strategic Talent AcquisitionDesign and execute proactive recruitment strategies aligned with the companys long-term growth across Europe.Partner with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing needs for engineering, operations, project management, and corporate functions.Forecast workforce needs and plan talent pipelines in line with current and upcoming engineering projects.Full-Cycle Recruitment ManagementManage the end-to-end recruitment process: job analysis, writing job descriptions, candidate sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.Source top-tier talent using multiple sourcing methods including job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, European job fairs, and direct outreach.Oversee recruitment for key roles such as mechanical, civil, electrical, and systems engineers, as well as regional project managers and site-based personnel.Stakeholder EngagementBuild strong relationships with hiring managers across multiple countries to ensure recruitment alignment with project timelines and deliverables.Provide recruitment insights and advise on best practices, market trends, and talent availability across European labor markets.Support hiring managers with structured interview techniques and candidate assessment frameworks.Recruitment Operations & ComplianceEnsure recruitment processes comply with local labor laws and regulations across European jurisdictions.Standardise recruitment policies and practices, ensuring consistency and fairness in hiring decisions.Maintain and improve the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure accurate data entry and compliance documentation.Employer Branding & Candidate ExperiencePromote the organization as an employer of choice within the engineering and construction sectors.Lead employer branding initiatives tailored to the European market through digital channels, recruitment events, and partnerships with universities and technical institutions.Champion a consistent, professional, and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.Team Leadership & DevelopmentEstablish KPIs and regularly evaluate team performance against hiring goals and service levels.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize speed, quality, and cost-effectiveness of hiring.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.Minimum of 5 years experience in talent acquisition, including experience recruiting engineering and technical roles across multiple European countries.At least 2 years of leadership or managerial experience in a recruitment capacity.Strong knowledge of European labor markets, employment legislation, and cross-border recruitment practices.Proven ability to manage high-volume and niche recruitment projects across geographically dispersed teams.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.Preferred Skills:Experience working in a multinational engineering or construction firm.Familiarity with recruiting for site-based and project-based engineering roles.Understanding of employer branding and recruitment marketing in a technical industry.What We Offer:Competitive salary and performance-based incentivesPrivate health insurance and pension contributionsTravel opportunities across European project locationsTraining and professional development supportA collaborative and engineering-focused company cultureA chance to contribute to high-impact engineering projects across Europe
