We are working with a privately owned Facilities & Project management business to appoint a Regional Director in the Yorkshire area, our client delivers building maintenance, projects services and general FM to multiple clients. As the Regional Director you will manage a portfolio of customer accounts, and be responsible for the delivery and development of services. Key accountabilities are as belowThe information below covers the role requirements, expected candidate experience, and accompanying qualifications.Management of a multi customer portfolio of accounts (T/O 15mil+)Developing customer relationships and driving contract performanceManagement leadership of a mobile engineering teamEnsuring statutory and contractual compliance across the regionIdentifying commercial opportunities for the work winning functionFinancial reporting to board levelLeadership and development of the contract management teamManaging supply chain partnersDeveloping project management opportunities across the portfolioThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a privately owned fast growing business, we are looking for a client facing, commercial astute leader.
