Dexian Europe seeks an experienced Low Code Business Analyst to join our embedded team working with our client, a significant, multifaceted international law firm. The role is initially for six months (extendable) and is based in the UK. It can be performed entirely remotely. You as an independent contractor, can be outside IR35.You as the ideal candidate, will be a results-driven Business Analyst to support the development and deployment of CSM workflow automation technologies tailored to the needs of our Client.This role will bridge the gap between client-facing teams, product development, and engineering, ensuring that workflow solutions are accurately scoped, thoughtfully designed, and successfully implemented to drive operational efficiency and scalability.What we’re looking forKnowledge of legal practice or similar professional services provider and an interest in workflow automation in a professional environment.Strong knowledge of coding best practices (including QA and releases), and an inclination to learn about automation.Demonstrated passion for process enhancement with demonstrated experience improving and/or documenting existing ways of working.Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, high level of organization, ability to learn quickly, ability to translate complex ideas into clear explanations, high level of diligence, excellent communication, interpersonal 'stakeholder-management skills.Strong written and oral English communication skills.Prior experience with or an existing understanding of workflow/process automation tools, BPM platforms, or low-code/no-code solutions a plus.Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-accountability environment with multiple concurrent initiatives.Experience with tools such as ServiceNow Work Day ShareDo, or similar platforms a plus.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with our client to understand current-state processes, pain points, and strategic goals.Document and analyze complex workflows across front, middle, and back-office functions.Translate business requirements into clear and actionable product specifications and user stories.Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineering teams to drive the design and build of workflow automation tools.Support UAT and client testing processes, including test case development, coordination, and issue resolution.Conduct data analysis to identify process inefficiencies and quantify ROI for proposed workflow changes.Ensure alignment across internal stakeholders and contribute to roadmap prioritization and sprint planning.Prepare client-facing documentation including business cases, solution proposals, and onboarding guides.
